Refund policy for membership purchases

Categories does not offer any change of mind refunds for orders of membership subscriptions or access to use our website features. We will honour refunds for other reasons based on a case by case basis.

Some reasons we may consider a refund

  • Fraudulent payments made with stolen cards.
  • Account cancellations if you have not used any paid subscription services or benefits.
  • Membership subscriptions which could not be used because of a technical failure with our system that makes our app or website inaccessible to you for the full duration of the membership.


Please contact our support team and we will begin to process your refund request. Further information may be required to verify or validate your claim in which case we will respond to your support ticket and advise you of what information is required.
